RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Code Knot endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged conditions. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-
A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
If you identify a quality or manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition.
*Cancellations can be made only in 2 hours after placing your order. You can reach us at email@example.com to initiate a return.
Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the delivery date of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product/ Manufacturing defect/ Incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for the return. You can send us the images at firstname.lastname@example.org from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.
We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, you may arrange for shipping the product back to us with a trusted courier company. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund/ re-fulfilment process will be initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.
Please note that in case of a return/ re-fulfilment, Team Code Knot will bare costs of the return shipping. After the product has been shipped, it may take 8-10 business days to receive the product at our warehouse and 8-10 days to re-fulfil the order.
Points to remember –The product must be unused and in the original condition. The plastic seal should be intact. The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the accessories, invoice, etc.
